  • Primary point of contact for the implementation and oversight of social media marketing at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance corporate and its network of more than 250 agents.

  • Managed the development and application of Hootsuite Enterprise tools. Adoption rate was 76%, exceeding Hootsuite standards in financial services.
